Salmon Marinade

Ingredients

Sauce Ingredients
1/3 C soy sauce
1/3 C brown sugar
1/3 C cooking oil or olive oil
1/4 C water
Salmon Ingredients
1 Salmon
  lemon pepper
  garlic pepper


Preparation

Make sure all of the skin is removed.

Mix the sauce ingredients together into a ziplock bag and marinate the salmon with the sauce for 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours. Turn bag over every 20 minutes while marinating.

Remove salmon from bag and season with lemon pepper and garlic powder for your taste.

Drain sauce into a bowl to use for basting when the fish is being bbq’d

Grill about 7 minutes a side.
